Lake Shasta Caverns Grand Re-Opening

We are open for tours again!!! While we still have some aesthetic work to do in the caverns, our new Cave Lighting system is up and running, with a phenomenal light and sound show at the end of the tour. This show is an interpretation of the cavern through its formation, discovery, development into a show cave and showcasing our Cathedral wall!

On June 6th, we will be hosting a ribbon cutting for the new lighting, which also happens to be National Cave & Karst Day. There will be activities for the kids, information about the project and of course tours of the newly lit cavern.

Now is the time to #caveintoyourcuriosity and see the caverns in a whole new light!!!
