We fuse the addictive rhythms and styles of the Disco era, Club Styles, Ballroom, Latin, Caribbean and Street & Social dances  old and new, to create a nostalgic & multigenerational atmosphere. 

With a mix of low- and high-intensity intervals, you’ll burn serious calories while having so much fun, you’ll forget it’s even exercise. That’s why our Freestyle Dance Cardio is often called exercise in disguise.

Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just love to move, this class is extremely user-friendly and welcoming to all levels. Come as you are — dance, party, sweat, and be free.

Taught by Christopher Scott Caldwell, founder of Dance People by Ovations Global Network Inc., this unique format has been crafted over the last 12 years and is featured globally on the Wondercise App and on the Dance People website.
