Dr. Heather Behr is a Transformative Wellness Leader, Hypnotherapist, and Mind-Body Medicine Expert with a Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine. Trained by master regressionist Georgina Cannon (featured on Gaia and internationally recognized for her work), Heather blends science and spirituality to guide people through deep, lasting transformation.

With over a decade of experience, she integrates functional nutrition, clinical hypnosis, and energy-based healing to help individuals break patterns, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with their truth.

Heather splits her time between Spain and Florida, leading immersive healing experiences and retreats around the world.
