Join Meditation Teacher & singing bowl specialist, Anthony Profeta and Yoga teacher, Jody Reece, in this yoga & sound bath for a very therapeutic morning practice in the beautiful DISCOVERY CENTER overlooking the beauty of Bok Tower Gardens. 

This class is open to ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE!

From beginner to experienced yogis, ALL LEVELS are welcome to join.

About Anthony:
Anthony Profeta is a former medical student turned internationally renowned meditation teacher, mindfulness expert, & singing bowl specialist. 
His knowledge of meditation stems from over two decades of intensive study in monasteries & ashrams of the US, Italy, Nepal, & India.
Anthony considers himself very blessed to have studied under the mentorship of such well-respected teachers as: Jack Kornfield, Sharon Salzberg, and the Dalai Lama. 
His writings have been published in The Elephant Journal, Thrive Global and he has been featured in the Huffington Post, Palm beach illustrated, just to name a few. 
His Good Vibration: Sound Bath Experiences have sold out venues across the US, as well as Miami and the Art world's premier event - Art Basel. He has been hired by such companies as Sharp Electronics & Pandora Music and his guided and sound bath meditations are available on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Pandora, and many more.
