She discovered the restorative power of sourdough during her own postpartum journey, using baking as a tool for peace and mindfulness. Stephanie teaches beginners how sourdough not only nourishes the body but also supports hormonal balance and mental wellness. Her workshops are hands-on, approachable, and designed to empower participants to bake with confidence.

Class Registration, Refund, and Exchange Policy:
Bok Tower Gardens requires registration for all classes. Payment is due at the time of registration.

Before the class:
If a participant needs to cancel, requests for refunds or exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Approved cancellations made within this timeframe may receive a refund or credit toward a future class. Cancellations made after this deadline are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Please note:
Some classes may be designated as nonrefundable due to the cost of materials or supplies. These classes will be identified in the description at the time of registration.

After the class:
Once a class has taken place, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued, regardless of attendance or participation.
