Chair Yoga Class

Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga that brings the benefits of traditional postures, breathwork, and relaxation into a safe, supportive format. Using a chair for stability, students can stretch, strengthen, and improve flexibility without needing to get down on the floor.

To reserve your spot, please complete your booking through our studio booking system (Punchpass). Your reservation is confirmed once booked through Punchpass.

  • A class pass or membership must be purchased before registering.
  • Once purchased, use the Punchpass calendar to select the class date and complete your reservation.
  • Your spot is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email sent to the email address associated with your Punchpass account.
