Beginner Sourdough Class @ Board

The class is an intimate, demo-style sourdough session where you’ll learn foundational sourdough baking skills. You’ll discover how to feed and care for a sourdough starter, watch live demonstrations of key techniques like stretch-and-folds, shaping, and scoring, and gain confidence to recreate the process at home. The session also highlights long fermentation benefits for gut health, and includes enjoying fresh-baked sourdough — plus a charcuterie cup and drink — during class. You’ll even take home your own starter to begin baking on your own.
