The MELT Method is a simple self-treatment approach that helps restore hydration to your connective tissue (fascia) - supporting better movement, less pain, and a more efficient nervous system.
In this class, you’ll learn techniques using soft rollers and balls to:
• Reduce tension and “stuck stress” from daily life
• Improve mobility and flexibility
• Support circulation and recovery
• Feel more balanced and at ease

This class is appropriate for all levels, and no prior experience is needed.

About Kim
Kim Reis is a Level 4 MELT Method® Instructor, classically trained Pilates instructor, and former professional dancer. She brings decades of experience and a thoughtful, supportive approach to every class.
