Watercolor Exploration (14+)

Discover the joy of watercolor in this four-week beginner-friendly course designed to build confidence and spark creativity. Explore color mixing, brush techniques, layering, and composition through guided exercises and personal projects. Each session includes demonstrations, warm-ups, and open studio time to experiment freely. Leave with a completed painting and a deeper appreciation for this expressive medium.



�� Learning Goals
By the end of the workshop, students will:
Understand value (light/dark) as a foundation for painting.
Apply color theory and explore different color schemes.
Practice paint mixing and layering for transparency and depth.
Create one course-long painting on a subject of personal choice, supported by still life studies.
Leave with a completed work, new techniques, and their own watercolor kit.
