Make your own bread!!
In this class, you will make a crusty artisan bread looks very similar to sourdough. You will also be making a batter bread in a loaf pan. This is a delicious everyday bread, You will learn a little about yeast, proofing and a sponge.
These breads are very easy to make with very little needing involved.
We will start out by making your batter bread that we will bake in class and take a nice warm loaf of bread home
Your artisan bread will have to rise so you will be taking that bread home to bake.
I will be showing you step-by-step how to make these breads, and we have one already proofed ready to bake
This is HANDS on,  so you might get a little messy....

Included in class price you will receive a loaf pan and a proofing bowl and of course the recipes.
Come and smell what making homemade bread is all about.
Cancellation policy: No refunds for this class if you are not able to attend for some unforeseen reason, you will pick up your bread making items next day and make your own bread

Please note: Your workshop registration does not include admission to the Canterbury event itself. If you would like to stay and enjoy the rest of the village after your class, simply visit the front gate to purchase admission for the day.
