*When calling the campground, tell them you are with the cross stitch retreat. Do NOT reserve a site, until I confirm that I have an opening for you.
*The retreat fee is $20 per person, and it is non-refundable. Your spot is not secure, until I receive the $20.
*If interested, please EMAIL me at priviesandprims@yahoo.com to see if any spots are available, or to get on the waiting list. Payment must be made by a mailed check.
*Once I have received your payment, mark yourself as going, and change notification settings to receive all notifications, so you don't miss anything! The default settings, are to only receive some notifications.
*There are no designers or classes at this retreat.
*There will be a smalls swap. The theme is Christmas, with a star somewhere in the design.
*Please don't include any extras with your swap gift. Your finished gift should be approx. 6"-8" or less in size, and fit in a brown paper lunch bag. Please bring your swap gift wrapped in tissue paper. I will provide the paper bags.
*This is a no frills retreat. Meals and lodging are on your own. There are several restaurants nearby. The campground has campsites & lodging rentals. There are also motels 5 miles away in Maggie Valley, NC.
