This group offers a safe, welcoming space to share, recharge, and simply be in community with others who understand. Each gathering includes the option to participate in light stretching and slow movement, guided by UWEC Kinesiology students and a licensed physical therapist who is also part of our MS-Take Charge family.

Schedule:
? 5:30–6:30 PM – Support & Connection
Open conversation and supportive discussion.

? 6:30–7:30 PM – Gentle Movement
Optional stretching and slow movement session.

? When: 2nd Monday of each month
