Come join us at The Happier Life Project for a session of Group Peer Support! This event is all about coming together and sharing experiences, challenges, and victories with like-minded individuals. GPS Groups incorporate evidence-based approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Psychosocial Education in a warm and accessible group model. GPS groups are deliberately judgement and advice-free zones where people can be listened to with respect. Participants heal, find their strength and connect with their courage to take conscious steps towards the lives they want to live.

What Support Groups Do:

Address challenging situations

Have courageous conversations

Provide support in times of crisis and tragedy

Talk about the impact of racism

Build resilience against burnout and workplace fatigue
