Zhan Zhuang Nei Gong

Develop inner power and tranquility through Zhan Zhuang, a standing Nei Gong practice!

Taught by Niko of Mountain Pathways Nei Gong he is a Nei Gong Teacher and affiliate branch of Lotus Nei Gong International.

This 2 day intensive course will focus upon the important practice of Zhan Zhuang. Nikolas will give instruction of the first stage and outline the path of development for continuing practice. This is a primary standing practice of Nei Gong training that is multi-faceted and evolves with your development. It is recommended that students have some familiarity and experience with Nei Gong training before signing up for this course as it will test your ability and structure to stand. This is a powerful practice for transformation when one engages with it and is akin to a standing meditation practice. The first stage works on structuring the body and building the correct plasticity of the connective tissues. Once this first stage is complete the natural progression is more internal conductivity and activity – which is needed for the second stage of directing the Qi more specifically.

A dedicated practitioner of the Daoist Internal Arts Nikolas has been studying internal arts since 2010. His studies have taken him traveling throughout Europe and Asia living and studying with his teacher Damo Mitchell and training diligently for the last 14 years. In his first 7 years of training Nikolas spent his summers in retreat training under rigorous traditional methods. He is an instructor and affiliate branch of Lotus Nei Gong International.

In-person Course Details:

This event will take place over 2 days (Sat & Sun) at a private venue in Lake Country BC Canada. Each day we'll begin at 930am and finish at 430pm. There will be a short break for lunch it is recommended to bring a lunch with you as the closest food shops are about 10 mins drive away. Bring some water to stay hydrated and you may also bring a yoga mat if you prefer to practice on one.

This 2 day course will be $300 each after Oct 1st though there are some discounts available:
