Osho Kundalini Meditation Awaken your energy with this dynamic practice! The first two stages (15 minutes each) invite shaking and dancing to melt away blockages and free your flow. The final two stages (15 minutes each) guide that energy upward into silence, transforming it into bliss and joy. Ecstatic Dance For about 45 min, you’ll move freely to music: no choreography, no rules. Just let your body respond to the rhythm, express your emotions through spontaneous movement, and experience release, catharsis, and healing. Welcome to Humaniversity (~45 min) Humaniversity is a place where people come together to explore connection, presence, and authentic human warmth. Inspired by the community in Egmond aan Zee, Netherlands, we will celebrate openness, playfulness, and heart centered relating. Why Hugging Works: The Science in Brief When you hug someone, your body releases oxytocin, which lowers cortisol and blood pressure while increasing feelings of safety and connection. I grew up in Poland, and life has taken me on quite a journey: through Greece to Canada, Alberta, then Houston, TX, and back again to the beautiful Okanagan Valley, where now I live in Lake Country with my wife: Anetta, who runs a Turiya the Fourth Ceramic Studio. Like many of us, I’ve had both joyful moments and difficult ones. Sometimes we carry those heavy experiences like luggage, that keep us away from feeling at ease.
