This is a festival in the truest sense. Tiny houses, skoolies, DIYs, professional builds, and private-home owners.
PLUS... workshops, speakers, presentations, live entertainment, vendors, artisans, food concessions, and more!
ALSO... this is will be our 34th for-charity tiny house festival. To date we have raised over $821K+ from the proceeds of our events and donated to over 100+ charities, great causes and within the communities where we hold our events.
FREE ADMISSION for all military (active, retired, and discharged), firefighters and on-scene emergency responders, badged-law enforcement, and children ages 7 and under!
~ Ages 8-12: $5.00 admission both online and during the event at the gate.
~ Ages 13 and Older: $5.00 Discount Admission Tickets are available online thru Sept 30, 2025.
~ Ages 13 and Older: $10.00 Discount Admission Tickets are available online October 1, 2025 - Oct 31, 2025.
~ Ages 13 and Older: $15.00 Discount Admission Tickets are available online Nov 1 - Nov 21, 2025.
~ $5.00 Regular-Priced Admission Tickets available at the gate and online during the event (Nov 22-23, 2025) for ages 7-12.
~ $20.00 Regular-Priced Admission Tickets available at the gate and online during the event (Nov 22-23, 2025) for ages 13 and older.
* Please Note: Dunns Creek State Park has its own park entrance fee of $2.00 per person ages 7 and older that is separate from our festival admission fees.
