Join me and Jessica from Rivers Edge Wellness for a soothing evening of Restorative Yoga experience infused with Energy Healing and gentle Sound — a beautiful blend of stillness, support, and subtle magic.

✨ What to Expect

We’ll begin the evening in savasana, where I will guide you through a grounding meditation to help you fully arrive. From there, I will move into over-the-body drumming, allowing the steady vibrations of the drum to bring awareness into the body and support deep relaxation.

Next, Jessica will guide you through a series of fully supported restorative yoga poses, using props to help your body rest without effort. As you settle into each pose, you’ll receive gentle energy healing from both me and Jessica, supporting balance, release, and ease.

As you transition between poses, I will offer a taste of sound healing — weaving in soft, calming sounds to help your body integrate, relax, and stay present.

This class is slow, nurturing, and accessible — no yoga or energy work experience needed. Come exactly as you are.
