Advent Candlelight Yoga
This is class is for any level or beginner. We will be doing a combination of standing and restorative poses to bring the light of the season into your body. This is one of my favorite classes and I can’t wait to spend the night with you finding stillness and slowing down for the season.
I am offering two times for this class as it fills up fast. Please specify what time you prefer:
Sunday, December 7 at 6 pm or Wednesday December 10 at 6 pm.
