Join the Edgemont Team for Free Community Yoga Classes every Saturday morning at 9:30 AM. This is our gift to you — a way to share space, breathe deeply, and move together in the spirit of community and well-being.

Each week features a different style of yoga led by our talented instructors:

November 1 – Honoring the Ancestors Flow with Mary Ann Smith
November 8 – No class! We'll be at McNeese for a FREE Health & Wellness Fair.
November 15 – Hot Slow Flow with Kerrie Miller
November 22 – Hot Vinyasa with Kelley Saucier
November 29 – Hatha + Meditation with Kerrie Miller
Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, all are welcome. Come move, relax, and connect — we’d love to see you there!
