Keith Wimberly is President of Louisiana Mortgage Associates and Texas Mortgage Associates, serving borrowers throughout Louisiana, Texas, Florida, Alabama, and Colorado. Over the past 25 years, he has originated more than $1 billion in mortgage financing and helped thousands of clients purchase, build, refinance, and invest in real estate.

Keith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, an MBA, and the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designation. He works with everyone from first-time homebuyers to experienced real estate investors and has extensive experience with conventional, government, construction, jumbo, investment property, portfolio, non-QM, DSCR, and other specialized lending programs.

Today, Keith will share insights on the current real estate investment financing landscape, including traditional and alternative lending options, qualification strategies, common financing challenges, and opportunities available to investors in today's market.
