Termite & Pest
8 AM to 10 AM

Termite and Pest -The 2-hour termite and pest control continuing education course is designed to give real estate agents the knowledge needed to understand wood-destroying insects and pest control. At the conclusion of this course, the student will be able to understand the effects specific termites and pests have on a home and relate this information to clients who may encounter them.

WDIR
10 AM to 12:00 PM

The 2-hour WDIR Class discusses a termite certificate that shows past/present termite damage or termite activity in the home, the specifics on the law that it was created under, and the specific language used in the report.

Home Inspection
12:30 PM to 2:30 PM

The 2-hour home inspection continuing education course is designed to provide real estate agents with knowledge of the home inspection process and the importance of home inspections. At the conclusion of this course, the student will be able to understand the home inspection process and explain the specifics of the home inspection to clients who need one.

Video Piping
2:30 PM to 4:30 PM

The 2-hour video pipe inspection continuing education course is designed to provide real estate agents with knowledge of the video pipe inspection process. They can then pass this information along to future clients regarding the video pipe inspection process, evaluating, and possible repairs
