What kind of self-care and recovery are you including in your training schedule?
As a climber, you put a lot of wear and tear on your body. Come learn some self-myofascial release techniques specifically targeting the areas that climbers tend to have issues (upper traps, rhomboids, back, pecs., lats, forearms and hands for example).
We will use a variety of balls and tools to melt away stiffening, adhesions and trigger points in the body while encouraging fluid flow. These techniques can help you to stay mobile, flexible, and hopefully pain and injury free.
