🧐 Who is this course for?
- The course is intended for persons who wish to embark on an instructor path and lead beginner groups
- Instructors who want to refresh their Hard Target skills 


📋 Requirements:
- Strong martial arts background
- Recommendation for the training from your own instructor
- Appropriate social skills
- No criminal record entries
- Personal approval from Jyrki or István is required for the training. Please send applications to Jyrki or István via email. Signing up on Facebook is not sufficient.


After completing the course, participants will be able to:
- Independently conduct Defendo level 1 training
- Prepare students for exams and continued development
- Progress towards Defendo level 2 instructor certification
