- Hair: To be worn up/pulled back in a classic bun or French twist
- Face: Full make up to be worn
- Dress: Suit/Smart business attire, jacket & plain blouse. (Wear black/grey/dark blue)
- Shoes: Formal classic heels

Males:
- Hair: Neatly presented
- Face: Clean shaven
- Dress: Suit/Smart business attire
- Shoes: Formal work shoes
