Transformational Breathwork

Step into a deeply immersive, guided breathwork journey designed to help you access expanded states of consciousness, release stored emotions, and reconnect with your truest self. This experience blends conscious connected breathing, somatic trauma release techniques, and reiki.

Through powerful rhythmic breath and safety, the thinking mind quiets and the body begins to reveal what’s ready to be remembered and released. Many people describe these sessions as feeling like a plant medicine journey: visions, clarity, energetic release, ancestral connection, emotional breakthroughs, and a profound return to self.

This is a guided healing experience designed to

• regulate the nervous system

• complete old stress/trauma loops stored in the body

• release trauma, tension, grief, anger, suppression

You’ll be held in a safe, grounded container with (optional) supportive touch, integration time, and space to land gently afterward.

Doors will open at 5:45 PM for settling in.
