Each Thursday evening at Rising Moon Studios, you’re invited into a cozy, calming space to slow down and reconnect. We’ll start with gentle movement, soft somatic stretches, and breathwork to release tension and help your body settle after a long day.
Once the body feels a little more open and grounded, we’ll ease into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation done completely at rest. This is your time to soften, let go, and reset your nervous system from the inside out.
Moving Meditation + Yoga Nidra is designed to be approachable for everyone, whether you’re brand new to yoga or simply craving a quieter, more restorative practice. Come as you are, get comfortable, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in yourself.
