Laguna Beach Sound Bath & Energy Medicine

A sound bath uses specific frequencies and harmonic vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls and gongs to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional and energetic healing. From this state of deep stillness, a space is created for you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and experience true rest.

Through a variety of healing instruments, light breathwork, and guided meditation, this session is curated to take you beyond the overstimulated mind. With the support of energy medicine techniques and a Reiki-infused space, we gently clear and rebalance the subtle energy system creating room for self-healing and helping you become more familiar with your own internal landscape.
