Join us for a powerful and transformative Alchemy Crystal Tones soundbath, Cacao Ceremony and Chakra Balancing & Opening in an intimate, art-filled beautifiul space in Laguna Beach to sit with Rest for the Winter and Holiday season. We will sip Cacao together, travel through a meditative soundbath Journey and learn to balance and open our Chakras through sound & vibration.

Come as you are, relax, recieve and release what no longer serves you and plant the seeds for what's next as we enter the dark season of Winter - a time for hibernation. This is a chance to intentionally nurture the journey you are always on.

Think of this as a time to nourish your cup and fill it with LOVE & REST.

All are welcome, no experience necessary.

What to Bring:

• Eye and\or head pillow if you like
• Comfortable clothing
• Water for hydration
• Any crystals or sacred objects you wish to charge under the full moon
• An open heart and mind!
