The program aims to help audience members learn about the warning signs of mental health conditions and what steps to take if they or a loved one show symptoms of a mental health condition.

It includes two leaders: one who offers an informative presentation and a young adult with a mental health condition who tells of his or her journey of recovery. Audience members can ask questions and gain understanding of an often-misunderstood topic. 

NAMI Georgia is the state affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, a nonprofit organization that provides education, advocacy and support for people living with mental illness.
