The title is HARPER LEE REVISITED, and it will be based on a soon-to-be-published collection of Lee's short stories and essays—many of them never published before. The title of the collection is THE LAND OF SWEET FOREVER!

We will read these selections about Lee's time in New York, and her growing up in small town Alabama. These predate TO K*ll A MOCKINGBIRD so they will give us insight into the writer's mind as she grew into her art.

We will of course watch video clips from her life and works, and discuss the iconic novel that has—along with THE ADVENTURES OF HUCKLEBERRY FINN—been banned periodically from school curricula. Lots to talk about!
