Grounding Spirits, A Yoga & Equine Retreat

June 21 and June 22 from 9am-3pm

Join us for this incredible two day experience where we will be combining yoga practices with horse assisted mindfulness to give you the ultimate grounding & embodiment experience. Over the course of two days, we will learn how the way we feel in our own bodies impacts not only our thoughts & emotions, but the way we perceive the world around us. Utilizing gentle yoga modalities and mindfulness practices with the horses, we will explore shifting the way we feel in order to shift the way we interact with the world around us.

This event takes place on a local horse farm in Lagrange, Oh and includes lunch both days. Please note that lodging is NOT included and you will need transportation to and from the farm both days.
