As I’ve gotten more clear on what Open really is, I’ve realized it not really a retreat. It’s more of a ritual. Of being in our bodies. Of being a woman. A woman who feels. Who enjoys. Who values pleasure, slowness, presence. 

The day includes a lovingly prepared lunch, a spa experience with jacuzzi, ice bath, and sunbathing on the roof. Followed by voice activation and Breathwork to move some energy before finishing in circle exploring our senses, co-regulating through movement, breath, and gentle touch.
