This program is part of Louisiana Youth for Excellence (LYFE) and uses age-appropriate Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) to help girls build confidence and make smart choices for their future ? We know the word ‘sexual’ can sound intense, but this program is really about helping girls build confidence, understand boundaries, and make smart choices so they can avoid risky situations as they grow. There is nothing graphic or inappropriate—in fact, it’s extremely age-appropriate, confidence-based, and focused on decision-making, self-respect, and future goals! Our goal is to make sure every girl feels comfortable in all situations. ?
