"What's Your WORD?" - Setting Intentions for 2026 with Jenny Hecht

Let's start the new year together in community - visioning, co-creating and sharing intentions for the coming year! This workshop is designed to help you discover the word or short phrase that will serve as a guide and anchor for the year ahead. Together, we will engage in a variety of practices and activities, including asana practice, that will serve to help us reflect on the year past and the year ahead, gain insights and inspiration, and bear witness to each other's words in a powerful collective space. Whether you arrive with a word in mind, discover it during the workshop, or take time to reflect afterward, there are no expectations. Just held space and community. The What’s Your Word? Workshop is a deeply reflective and creative experience inspired by the MyIntent.org mission - To spark meaningful conversations and bring clarity to what matters most. Let's step into 2026 with clarity and purpose!

Workshop fee includes the cost of your personalized, MyIntent.org intention bracelet. After the workshop, I will hand-stamp your word or phrase onto a bracelet, creating a tangible reminder of your intention. Bracelets will be ready for pick-up at Soul Tree Yoga within 7–10 days.
