**What is an energetic exchange experience?

This workshop is offered free of charge, but in the spirit of joyful giving, we invite you to bring one (or more) of the following:

*A smile for a stranger

*A non-perishable item for the Sister Carmen Community Food Pantry

*A book that has inspired you — something that helped you grow, reflect, or shift perspective (we’ll create a “take one, leave one” book table; any extras will be donated to the Lafayette Public Library)

*A willingness to show up fully
