A Community Grief Gathering at Synergy
Grief doesn’t always need to be solved. Sometimes, it simply needs a place to be held.
The Remembering Circle is a gently guided monthly gathering where you’re invited to come as you are—whether you need to share, sit in silence, or just be in the presence of others who understand that grief takes many forms.
This space is open to all expressions of grief, including the loss of loved ones, relationships, pets, life transitions, or parts of yourself that have changed along the way.
Together, we create a supportive and confidential container for witnessing, honoring, and integrating these experiences—without pressure, judgment, or the need to “move on.”
As part of our time together, we will co-create a community remembrance altar. You’re welcome to bring a small item such as a photo, letter, or symbolic object that represents what you’re holding. This is completely optional, but offers a meaningful way to honor and externalize your experience within the circle.
Through gentle grounding practices and intentional reflection, this gathering is designed to help you feel more steady in your body—so that memories can exist without overwhelming the present moment.
