It's a punk rock and psychedelic extravaganza when the beer-swilling punx The Chugs chug all the way from Evansville to rock The Spot. Joining them will be local punk rock heavies GPD and Silver Wizard, a Purdue University heavy psychedelic band that will be making its eastside debut!
