For over 20 years, we’ve featured a 1-mile run/walk, which is now called the "Warrior Walk." To better align with our mission and to honor the strength and courage of those affected by epilepsy, the Warrior Walk will now be a walk-only event and will not be timed. This year, we’re excited to announce the return of the 5K run, joining our signature 1‑mile Warrior Walk. Our goal is to create a more inclusive and accessible experience, giving participants multiple ways to get involved and support our mission. By offering both distances, we’re able to welcome a wider range of ages, abilities, and fitness levels while continuing to strengthen community engagement across Louisiana.
