Our day together will begin with a gentle, grounding yoga flow, easing you into mindful movement and presence. We’ll then settle into restorative and yin postures to release tension and invite deep relaxation. The retreat will conclude with a tranquil yoga nidra—a guided meditation to support heartfelt intention setting for the remainder of the holiday season and the year ahead.

Throughout the day, enjoy moments of quiet reflection with journaling prompts and herbal tea to nourish body and soul.
