Pure Barre

Pure Barre is popping up at Moncus Park for a special outdoor workout as part of the Fit For All fitness series. This free class blends elements of yoga, pilates, and ballet into a low-impact, full-body workout that’s energizing, approachable, and easy to modify.

Held in the park’s Amphitheater, this program welcomes all experience levels, whether you’re new to barre or a regular in class. Expect small, intentional movements, supportive instruction, and a fun, motivating atmosphere in the heart of the park.
