- **Event Description**: NWP-A's Annual Writing Marathon is back again in downtown Lafayette and will take place on Saturday, June 20!

Beginning at 10:00 am, we will gather at Carpe Diem Cafe & Wine Bar (812 Jefferson St, Lafayette, LA 70501).

At 10:30 am we will be led in a writing exercise to kick off the day of writing! Then, everyone will spend time writing in various locations of their choosing in downtown Lafayette.

At 3:00 pm, we will all reconvene at La Caretta (400 Jefferson St., Lafayette, LA 70501) for food and drinks, along with sharing of the writing composed throughout the day!
