As the seasons shift and life speeds up, give yourself (and perhaps a loved one) the gift of stillness. Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments wash over you—releasing tension, balancing your energy, and inviting a profound sense of calm and renewal.
You’ll be guided into a meditative state where sound becomes your anchor, gently clearing away the stress and static of the week. As you rest in the resonance, you’ll emerge lighter, clearer, and more connected—to yourself and the present moment.
✨ Bring a friend or loved one to share this peaceful experience. Yoga mat, pillows/comfy thick blanket to lay over it or something comfy to lie on. Blanket or eye mask (optional, but cozy!), water bottle, & whatever else you need to to get comfy.
