Wind through the ancient cliffs and hardwood forests of Black Rock on a Mindfulness Hike centered on “shelter.” In this place where stone, root, and canopy hold steady against time, we’ll slow our pace and listen for the quiet assurances nature offers: safety, grounding, and room to breathe. Through brief reflections presented by NICHES and A Work in Progress Faith Community, participants will explore how the landscape shelters its animal inhabitants and how it can shelter us, too.

This program is free, but advanced registration is required.
