Lights of Intention

As the longest night invites us inward, we will gather in sacred community to reflect, release, and welcome the returning light.



We’ll begin with a guided meditation and grounding practice to connect with our hearts and uncover our true desires for the coming year. From this space of compassion and clarity, we’ll create personal Intention Jars—symbols of what we choose to nurture and grow.



Intention Jars are not wishes cast into the unknown. They are vessels of mindfulness—tools for cultivating what already lives within you: your values, strengths, and innate wisdom.



Choose from stones, herbs, and totems provided to represent your hopes, strengths, and values. Each jar becomes a meaningful altar piece and reminder of your authentic truth.
