You are not alone. Join us for a free Family Support Group designed for family members and friends who are concerned about a loved one living with a substance use disorder.
This program is based on the Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) model a highly effective, evidence-based approach that helps families create positive change.
In this group, you will learn how to:
• Reduce your loved one’s harmful substance use
• Encourage and engage your loved one into treatment
• Improve overall family functioning and communication
Topics include:
• Identifying family dynamics, triggers, and motivators
• Developing positive communication techniques
• Helping your loved one enter treatment and engage in recovery
• Learning practical tools and resources that empower you to influence change and improve your quality of life
This is a safe, supportive space to learn, connect, and gain tools that work.
