Registration: required and limited to 15 participants. It is suggested participants wear loose fitting clothes. Cushions and chairs are provided.

Registration Fee: No fee required. Participants are given the opportunity to offer a donation. This is a chance to participate in the practice of generosity (dana) that has sustained spiritual and meditation practices for over 2,500 years.

Lunch: Brown bag lunch. 

Scent Free Retreat: In consideration of all retreatants, please refrain from wearing scented products.

Teacher: 	Chuck St. Romain, LCSW. Chuck is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
