Caregiver Retreat

November is National Family Caregiver Month, and Aster Place is here to honor the incredible caregivers in our community. Join us for a Caregiver Retreat on Saturday, November 15th from
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.!

This special event is designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit of caregivers, providing emotional support and practical advice to help you thrive in your role. Enjoy Chair Massages, Art Therapy, a Guest Speaker on Caregiver Wellness, Yoga & Strengthening, and a wide array of resources available.
