What You’ll Learn:

• How to properly hold and use a pastry bag


• How to pipe with various consistencies of royal icing


• How to work with different decorating tools


• How to outline (line) and flood cookies


• How to troubleshoot common decorating issues


Ticket Policy (Please Read Before Purchasing)

All class tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason at any time. This includes cancellations, schedule conflicts, no-shows, late arrivals, illness, or failure to meet class requirements.

By purchasing a ticket, you are reserving a seat in class. Supplies are purchased, prepared, and portioned specifically for each student. Labor is involved in advance preparation and many materials cannot be reused once prepared.

If you cannot attend, you may request a one-time transfer with at least 48 hours notice if space allows, but this is not guaranteed.

Failure to meet class requirements or follow class policies may result in denial of participation without refund.
