This curriculum is evidence-based and medically accurate. Our goal is to educate, create a positive impact on the youth in our community, and ultimately reduce the rates of STD infections in our community. This class is for teens ages 12-17 years old. A parent or guardian must be present during the class.The cost of the class is $30 per family, meaning you can bring multiple children if they are within the same family. This ticket also covers one or both parents or guardians. Class will be held at the Foundation for Wellness Classroom (4630 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy. Bldg. A. STE #100) If you go through the main sliding doors, we are the first double doors to the right. A parent/guardian must be present with their child at all times during the program.Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of registering to receive a refund or reschedule. Registrants will forfeit a refund if registration is not cancelled within 48 hours of registering. Registrants can re-schedule a class one time.
