About Chef Renda Ruiz: Chef Renda Ruiz, originally from New Orleans, has traveled the globe, living in Central America and Japan. She has worked with renowned chefs and played a key role in creating and opening The James 710. With Kindred Kitchen, she offers pop-ups, dinner experiences, and chefs’ retreats worldwide. Renda is passionate about engaging all senses and inspiring excitement through food, using bold and worldly flavors. She prioritizes sourcing local, organic ingredients and sustainable products.
